Bare Name Change Kit | Digital Delivery

Our Bare Name Change Kit includes digital delivery of our step-by-step guide with detailed instructions and required forms for each part of the name change process. At-home printing is required. 

HOW IT WORKS //

1 ] Purchase your name change kit (by selecting the state where you will apply for a driver's license)

2 ] To add a custom cover to your kit, enter your first name, married last name, and maiden name in the special instructions box. To get to the special instructions box, when you go to check out, click "View Cart" (not "Checkout"). Alternatively, you can email support@neenamechange.com requesting a custom cover

3 ] At the end of checkout, there will be a link to download your name change kit - this download link will also be sent to your email address for easy access (if you ordered a custom cover, this will be delivered via email within 1-2 business days)

4 ] Print your kit & begin your name change process by following the steps in your kit (coffee and wine optional, but recommended)
