HOW IT WORKS
- Purchase your Digital Name Change Kit by selecting the state where you will apply for your driver’s license.
- To add a personalized cover, enter your first name, married last name, and maiden name in the Special Instructions box. At checkout, select View Cart rather than Checkout to access this field. You can also email support@neenamechange.com after placing your order. Personalized covers are optional.
- After checkout, you’ll receive a link to download your name change kit. The link will also be sent to your email for easy access. If you requested a personalized cover, it will be emailed separately within 1–2 business days.
- Print your kit at home or a local print shop, then follow the step-by-step instructions to begin your name change.
